The Chablis di Louis Jadot is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The area where the vineyards are located is that of PLACEHOLDER_WINE_REGION, situated to the north of the Burgundy wine region, known worldwide for producing extraordinary white wines. Here, the character of the wines is shaped by the presence of marly soils and a continental climate - cold in winter, hot in summer, and characterized by spring frosts. For PLACEHOLDER_WINE, the entire white winemaking process and few months of aging took place in stainless steel.

CHABLIS LOUIS JADOT: TASTING

PLACEHOLDER_WINE appears in a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it flaunts aromas of pear, peach, and yellow flesh fruit followed by notes of white flowers and citrus, as well as hints of flint and toasted almond. The taste is soft and balanced, supported by a vibrant and persistent mineral freshness. It finishes with a lingering herbaceous and citrusy finale. It pairs excellently with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood preparations.
