Cesanese Amarasco di Principe Pallavicini: The Cesanese Amarasco di Principe Pallavicini is a red wine made from 100% Cesanese grapes, clone "Amarasco" from the company's selection, originating from vineyards rooted in hilly, volcanic soil. The harvest was carried out with a very low yield of 50 quintals per hectare. After the traditional red winemaking process - including must maceration on the skins and malolactic fermentation - the wine aged for 12 months in tonneaux and for several months in the bottle.

The Cesanese Amarasco di Principe Pallavicini presents itself with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it releases aromas of ripe red berries along with hints of wildflowers and warm balsamic and spicy notes. The palate is full, intense, and structured, supported by smooth tannins and an enveloping fruity and spicy finish. It pairs well with aged cheeses as well as rich earthy dishes, especially those based on red meats.
