Rospiglioso 2024 expresses 100% Cesanese in a direct style focused on ripe fruit and the character of the Piglio area in the province of Frosinone. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation completed; the wine then matures for several months in stainless steel before bottling.

Ripe fruit, spice and tannic drive

It shows an intense ruby colour. The aromatic profile combines ripe red fruit, floral nuances and dark spices. The palate is enveloping, with clearly defined tannins, fresh and savoury lift, and a persistent finish.

At the table

Serve at 16-18 °C. It pairs well with cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, rich pasta dishes and red meats.
