Frescobaldi Castiglioni 2025 offers an approachable expression of Chianti, balancing freshness with a supple texture. It comes from the Castiglioni estate in Montespertoli, Tuscany, and blends Sangiovese with small amounts of Merlot.

Fruit at the forefront

Six months in stainless steel are followed by a period in bottle. Bright ruby in colour, it shows red and black berries, violets and subtle hints of clove and black pepper. The palate is fresh, with noticeable yet restrained tannins and a lingering finish.
