The Cabernet Sauvignon di Casale del Giglio was produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon di Casale del GiglioCabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Le Ferriere area, in the province of Latina. After the harvest, the grapes were transported to the cellar to undergo the red winemaking process, which included alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation, the latter aimed at rounding off the aromatic and structural edges of the must. Before being released on the market, the Casale del Giglio Lazio IGT Cabernet Sauvignon di Casale del GiglioCabernet Sauvignon aged for 18-20 months in oak barrels and for 8-12 months in the bottle. The Cabernet Sauvignon di Casale del GiglioCabernet Sauvignon is an original grape variety from the French region of Bordeaux, where it gives life to prestigious red wines, together with Cabernet Franc and Merlot, among the most acclaimed in the world.
