Casanova di Neri Giovanni Neri is produced using selected grape varieties from vineyards in the Montalcino area of Tuscany. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 15 days, followed by an aging period in oak barrels for 12 months. During this period, the wine develops complexity and structure. The winemaking process is carefully executed to preserve the typical characteristics of the soil, rich in minerals, and the sun exposure of the vines ensures excellent grape ripening.
