L'Alaziza di Feudi del Pisciotto originates from 85% Viognier and 15% Muscat grapes grown with spurred cordon training on loose soils in the Niscemi area, in the province of Caltanissetta. After the harvest carried out with a yield of 50 quintals per hectare, the bunches were transported to the cellar for white wine vinification carried out in stainless steel. Before being marketed, the wine rested for several months in stainless steel and for 2 months in the bottle.

L'Alaziza di Feudi del Pisciotto presents itself to the eye with a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, aromas of tropical yellow fruit, floral hints of orange blossom, and notes of Mediterranean scrubland emerge. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and full-bodied, with excellent taste-olfactory consistency. At the table, it pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
