The Bianco Secco Veneto by Quintarelli is primarily made from Garganega grapes, with the addition of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Trebbiano, grown on calcareous and basaltic soils. The vinification process included a brief maceration on the skins for 12 hours at a low temperature and an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Vineyard work was conducted without the use of chemical fertilizers. The wine was aged for several months in stainless steel and glass in contact with fine lees.

BIANCO SECCO VENETO QUINTARELLI: TASTING NOTES 

The Bianco Secco by Quintarelli presents an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of apricot and ripe yellow fruits, complemented by hints of white flowers, aromatic herbs, and flint. The taste is fresh and full-bodied, enhanced by a pronounced minerality and a long fruity and herbaceous finish. At the table, it pairs well with flavorful vegetarian dishes as well as delicious seafood-based first and main courses, including white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
