LArneis di Cordero di Montezemolo is born from 100% Arneis di Cordero di MontezemoloArneis grapes. The original vineyards are located between the municipalities of La Morra and Alba (CN) and in the Roero area, on loamy and sandy soils. After manual harvesting, carried out between the 10th and the 20th of September, the bunches were transferred to the cellar to be crushed, partially destemmed, and gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation of the must lasted in stainless steel tanks for about 1 month. The refinement was for several months in stainless steel in contact with the fine lees.
