The Zibibbo Grotta dell'Oro di Hibiscus comes from 100% Zibibbo grapes grown in terraced vineyards located on the island of Ustica, rooted in volcanic soils, at an altitude ranging between 20 and 30 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out with a yield of 30 quintals per hectare. White vinification took place in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The aging process lasted for 6 months in stainless steel and 3 months in the bottle.
