The **Vermentino Lintori di Capichera** is obtained from pure Vermentino grapes from the youngest estate vineyards located in the Gallura region in northern Sardinia. The harvest took place between the end of August and the beginning of September with a yield of 60-70 quintals per hectare. The entire white winemaking process - carried out without maceration of the must on the skins and malolactic fermentation - took place in stainless steel tanks. The refinement was for several months in stainless steel.

**VERMENTINO LINTORI CAPICHERA: TASTING**

The Vermentino di Sardegna Lintori by Capichera presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it displays scents of Renetta apple, lychee, and tropical yellow fruit combined with hints of white flowers and notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus. The taste is fresh and decidedly savory, with great gustatory pleasure. Fruity and citrusy finish. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
