The Trentodoc Riserva Perlè Rosè Millesimato di Ferrari is born from a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes carefully selected. The vineyards are those owned by the Lunelli family, facing South and South-East, at an altitude ranging from 300 to 600 meters above sea level. In the cellar, the second fermentation, necessary for the sparkling process, took place in the bottle according to the rules of the Classic Method or Champenoise. The refinement was 60 months in contact with the yeasts before disgorging.
