The Trentodoc Riserva Perlè Nero Millesimato di Ferrari is obtained from 100% Pinot Noir grapes coming from vineyards owned by the Lunelli family, located at over 400 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out by hand, in the middle of September. In accordance with the rules of the Classic or Champenoise Method, the sparkling process took place in the bottle. An excellent Blanc de Noirs resulting from a long aging period of about 72 months in contact with the yeasts.

The Trentodoc Riserva Perlè Nero Millesimato di Ferrari stands out with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, enhanced by a fine perlage. On the nose, it offers aromas of blackcurrant and ripe yellow pulp fruit combined with hints of toasted almond and notes of graphite, citrus, and bread crust. On the palate, it is rich, creamy, and structured, with a sumptuous finish characterized by a succession of fruity, citrus, and toasted notes. Perfect on the table with cheeses and flavorful seafood dishes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
