The Timorasso Il Montino di La Colombera was produced from 100% Timorasso grapes from the Colli Tortonesi area. The vineyard of origin lies on light clayey and calcareous-marl soils, at an altitude of about 250 meters above sea level. The process of white winemaking (without maceration of the must in contact with the skins), which included a phase of alcoholic fermentation, took place entirely in stainless steel. The refinement occurred for several months also in stainless steel.

The Timorasso Il Montino di La Colombera presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit intertwine with hints of aromatic herbs and flint. Completing the olfactory profile are notes of resin and hydrocarbons. The taste is deep and mineral, supported by a strong structure and a long herbaceous finish. It pairs well with vegetarian dishes as well as rich seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
