The Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Alcohol Free by Prima Pavé is made from a blend of Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer. The vineyards are located in Friuli, on soils characterized by the presence of gravel, silt, sand, and clay, at an altitude of about 150 meters above sea level. The dealcoholization process took place using a low-intervention reverse osmosis method.
