Inama's Soave Vigneti di Foscarino is produced with 100% Garganega grapes. It is the result of the selection of bunches from old plants over 40 years old; the vineyards are located on Mount Foscarino with basaltic-lava soils, facing south-east. Fermentation takes place in non-new barriques. The wine then remains on the lees for 6 months with batonnage (the handling, with the aid of a specific stick, of the fine lees in the wine, so as to increase the exchange with the liquid mass) every 6 weeks. This is followed by another 6 months of ageing in steel vats, always on the fine lees.

The Soave Classico Vigneti di Foscarino enters the glass with an intense straw yellow; on the nose, it envelops with a slightly smoky minerality with hints of elderberry and chamomile; in the mouth it is rich, complex, with sapidity and taste of herbs and fresh almonds. Good with dishes of a certain structure, the cod alla vicentina for example, or the risotto with bruscandoli (the delicious sprouts of hops) and monteveronese (cow's milk).
