Semplicemente Rosa di Cascina degli Ulivi is a wine made from 100% Merlot grapes grown on clay-ferrous soils following the principles of biodynamics. The vinification process did not include maceration of the must on the skins. Alcoholic fermentation was initiated with the use of indigenous yeasts, taking place entirely in 50-hectoliter oak barrels. The wine aged in the same barrels for 10 months. No filtration was performed, while clarification occurred through natural settling.

Semplicemente Rosa di Cascina degli Ulivi presents itself with a cherry pink color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of raspberries and red berry forest fruits with subtle notes of red flowers. The palate is pleasantly fruity, supported by good sapidity and energetic freshness that lingers in the almond finish. Excellent paired with cold cuts and cheeses as well as light meat dishes and seafood recipes featuring shellfish.
