Lo Schiava di Elena Walch was produced from 100% Schiava di Elena WalchSchiava grapes grown on limestone soils at medium altitude in the Terlan area, in the province of Bolzano. During the red wine vinification process, alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperature with maceration of the must on the skins for 6 days. Aging occurred for several months in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels.

The Alto Adige Schiava di Elena WalchSchiava by Elena Walch presents itself with a bright ruby red color. On the nose, it offers aromas of red fruits, rose, and violet, with subtle notes of wild herbs and dark spices. The palate is soft and pleasant, supported by light tannins and a pronounced fruity taste. It pairs well with cured meats and cheeses, as well as delicious meat dishes.
