Sagrantino Montefalco 25 Years by Caprai was created to celebrate the company's quarter-century in 1993 and has become a symbol and a repeatedly acclaimed label over the years. It is pure Sagrantino, the best way for Arnaldo and Marco to glorify this initial part of their journey. The grapes are vinified using cutting-edge methods in the winery, which was completely renovated in 1997 and is continually updated according to eco-sustainability standards. The wine then ages for 24 months in French oak barriques and at least 8 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
