Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Lo Scorno by San Filippo is produced using Sangiovese Grosso grapes, also known as Brunello. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The vineyards grow on clayey and calcareous soils, optimally exposed to sunlight.

On the palate, the wine is harmonious, balanced, and enveloping, with a pleasant persistence. It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature of 18-20°C. This wine is ideal to be enjoyed young, but it can also age in the bottle for a few years, developing further complexity and depth.
