Aroma fruttato
Corpo leggero
The Roero Arneis Le Madri di Michele Chiarlo comes from vineyards facing West and South East, on soil almost exclusively sandy (about 80% of the total). They are very loose and slightly calcareous soils, with a strong draining power, sands of marine origin mixed with more recent ones from river deposits. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes undergo soft pressing, followed by a fermentation of 15 days at 16-18 °C (temperature control is used to ensure that the fermentation develops slowly and constantly and that there are no yeast death and potential fermentation blocks, with the activation of fermentations by other fungi or non- suitable bacteria; in the case of white and rosé wines, it is particularly important to preserve the aromas as well). The refinement continues on its lees, for 3 months, always in steel.
ROERO ARNEIS LE MADRI MICHELE CHIARLO: TASTING
Arneis Le Madri is presented in the glass with a straw yellow color with youthful greenish reflections. On the nose, it shows pleasant notes of yellow pulp fruit, peach above all, tropical fruits, for example, it recalls passion fruit, and acacia flowers, accompanied by hints of mint. The palate is savory and balanced. Very good with a Mazara red shrimp tartare.Product specifications
