The Riesling Graf di Meran is obtained from 100% Riesling grapes grown in the area of Merano and Val Venosta, on light and permeable morainic soils, at an altitude of 600-750 meters above sea level. The white vinification process began with whole cluster pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation of the must at controlled temperature in stainless steel. The refinement took place for 6 months always in stainless steel in contact with the yeasts.

RIESLING GRAF MERAN: TASTING

The Riesling Graf di Meran presents in the glass a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers scents of peach and yellow pulp fruit that chase slight hints of citrus and notes of flint. The sip is fresh and structured, supported by a distinct and engaging mineral note. Ethereal and citrusy finish. At the table, it pairs excellently with vegetarian dishes and tasty first and second seafood courses.
