L'Adelchi is Venica's Ribolla Gialla and expresses the bond between family and place. Gianni and Giorgio Venica dedicated the wine to their father Adelchi; it is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla, an indigenous Friulian variety grown in the estate vineyards within the Collio DOC.

The profile is delicate and precise, with wild flowers, Golden apple, Kaiser pear and citrus notes, followed by lively freshness, an almost saline savouriness and light mineral nuances.
