Prosecco Strada di Guia 109 by Foss Marai is one of the two labels, with the equivalent Brut, which bear the name of the place where it all began: Guia, a tiny village made up of old buildings and vineyards. Vines are everywhere, they have been planted where there were no buildings; seen from above in summer, the town seems to be invaded by this flourishing green. Prosecco Strada di Giulia 109 Extra Dry has a sugar residue, as tradition dictates, of around 15g / l, a characteristic that makes it a pleasant and comfortable wine.

Prosecco Superiore Strada di Guia 109 Extra Dry by Foss Marai shows a beautiful straw yellow, with a fairly fine perlage; the nose is delicate and inviting, with aromas of acacia, apple and pear. On the palate, it is well-balanced between freshness and residual sugar. To be drunk as an aperitif accompanied with anchovies and fried sage, or at the table, with ricotta and bruscandoli gnocchi.
