The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Crede Brut Millesimato by Bisol is a high-quality sparkling wine produced in the heart of the Valdobbiadene hills, in Veneto. The name "Crede" comes from the local dialect word for clay, a predominant element in the soil of this area, which was once covered by the sea. This unique terroir gives the wine distinctive freshness and minerality. The cuvée is composed mainly of Glera grapes, with the addition of Verdiso and Pinot Bianco, grown on south and southeast-facing slopes at about 250 meters above sea level. Vinification follows the Charmat Method, with fermentation in autoclave, preserving the primary aromas of the grapes. The result is an elegant and refined Prosecco, an authentic expression of the Valdobbiadene terroir.
