The Passivento Bianco 0.0 Alcohol Free by Barone Montalto is made from de-alcoholized white wine. During production, the wine was transferred to a special vacuum evaporation column where the aromas were first extracted by distillation. Subsequently, the ethanol and a small part of the vegetation water were evaporated. Finally, the aromas were reintroduced to preserve as much as possible the original bouquet.
