The Moscato Passito Nùali di Siddùra is a wine that has been exciting and pleasing everyone for years. The Moscato vineyards are located near the north coast of the island, on the slopes of the hills overlooking the sea, at altitudes between 50 and 200 meters. The soils are mainly sandy and the microclimate is well-ventilated, ideal conditions for the withering on the vine for weeks, making it naturally possible to mention "Passito". The grapes, strictly hand-picked, are destemmed and pressed, then ferment for a long time in thermo-conditioned steel tanks. The maturation (just under a year) always takes place in steel, in contact with the fine lees.

MOSCATO PASSITO NÙALI SIDDÙRA: TASTING

The Moscato Passito Nùali di Siddùra has a golden yellow color. On the nose, it offers gratifying notes of dried apricot, candied ginger, beeswax, broom flowers, orange zest, and passion fruit. On the palate, it is enveloping and warm, sweet yet very fresh and mineral, extremely long in fruit and spices, finishing on citrus. Excellent both with apricot tart and with a goat gorgonzola.
