Aroma fruttato
Corpo medioThe Perdera di Argiolas is born from 100% Monica grapes coming from the Sisini Estate located in the historic region of Trexenta, north of Cagliari. Here, the vineyards grow on calcareous-clayey soils, at an altitude between 200 and 250 meters above sea level. During the red winemaking process, alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature of 27-28°C for 8-10 days. The aging occurred for several months in cement vats and French oak tonneaux, and for a brief period in the bottle.
The Monica Perdera di Argiolas presents itself with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it releases scents of ripe red fruits that intertwine with floral notes of rose and violet, along with hints of dark spices. On the palate, it is warm and balanced, supported by smooth tannins and a pleasant fruity taste. It pairs well with succulent first and second courses of meat-based dishes.
