Aroma fruttato
Corpo medioThe Lambrusco Amabile 'Terre Verdiane Edition 1813' di Ceci is produced from 100% Lambrusco grapes grown on sandy-clayey soils. After the harvest, which took place between mid-September and the end of the month, the bunches were transported to the cellar for the traditional red vinification process, including maceration of the must in contact with the skins and the first alcoholic fermentation, which is essential for transforming sugars into alcohol. Following the rules of the Martinotti Method (or Charmat), the second fermentation, which allowed for sparkling transformation, took place in an autoclave. The residual sugar content is approximately 42g/l.
The Lambrusco Amabile Terre Verdiane di Ceci presents itself with an intense ruby red color enlivened by a persistent effervescence. On the nose, it releases scents of strawberry and berries intertwined with hints of rose and violet petals and a subtle wine note. The palate is pleasantly fresh and fruity, supported by good minerality. On the table, it is appreciated as an all-meal wine for lovers of sweet wines. Also ideal when paired with dry pastries.
