Vigna Molsino 2022 is made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in the Molsino vineyard in Gattinara, a south-facing natural amphitheatre and one of the estate's most distinctive sites. The soils are volcanic gravel rich in iron, zinc, magnesium and manganese, with clay, giving the wine a pronounced mineral character.

Nervi's most powerful cru

Molsino is the most concentrated and structured expression among the estate's crus. Winemaking follows a traditional approach, with maceration supported by pump-overs, occasional délestage and submerged-cap techniques, followed by extended maturation in wood.

The 2022 character

The 2022 vintage combines concentration with freshness. Black cherry, wild berries, orange peel, dried herbs and white pepper emerge alongside a clear mineral component. The palate is structured and taut, driven by incisive tannins and an energetic finish.
