The Critone di Librandi is obtained from Chardonnay grapes and 10% Sauvignon cultivated in the territories of Strongoli, Rocca di Neto, and Casabona, in the province of Crotone. The original vineyards grow on soils of clayey and limestone matrix. The harvest took place between the second half of August and the first decade of September, with a yield of about 80 quintals per hectare. The white winemaking process started with the soft pressing of the grapes and took place entirely in stainless steel. Aging occurred for a brief period in stainless steel and in bottles.

CRITONE LIBRANDI: TASTING

The Critone di Librandi Librandi presents itself with a straw-yellow color. On the nose, it offers scents of tropical yellow pulp fruit, subtle herbaceous hints, and notes of Mediterranean citrus. The taste is soft and pleasant, supported by a clear mineral freshness that lingers in the finish. Excellent when paired with delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
