The Veneto Chardonnay by Inama originates from vineyards located in the municipalities of Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone, growing on both volcanic lava and limestone soils. It is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, carefully hand-picked and selected. In the winery, the grapes are destemmed, and the must remains in contact with the skins for a very short period. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, where the wine also continues its aging process.

CHARDONNAY VENETO INAMA: TASTING NOTES 

The Chardonnay by Inama presents a brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of yellow fruit intertwined with hints of spring white flowers and delicate citrus notes. The palate is fresh and mineral, supported by a pleasant fruity taste that lingers in the finish. At the table, it pairs well with semi-aged cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
