The Chardonnay Donna di Valiano di Piccini was produced using a blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%). The reference vineyards, facing Northeast, are situated on limestone-rich soils, at an altitude ranging from 200 to 300 meters above sea level. The harvest took place between the last decade of August and the first of September. In the cellar, the grapes were gently pressed to obtain the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The aging occurred for a short period in barrels.
