Corpo medio
The Chablis La Boissonneuse di Julien Brocard is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The vineyard involved, facing Southwest, is located on hilly terrains characterized by a mix of clay and limestone with a strong presence of kimmeridge (limestone rocks rich in fossils). The approach in the vineyard and the cellar was biodynamic, based on the use of homeopathic preparations for the soil and following the lunar phases. Alcoholic fermentation took place spontaneously in wooden vats, while aging continued for several months in stainless steel tanks in contact with the fine lees.
CHABILS LA BOISSONEUSE JULIEN BROCARD: TASTING
The Chablis La Boissonneuse di Julien Brocard presents a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of yellow flesh fruits, white flowers, and citrus fruits accompanied by hints of flint and melted butter. The palate is fresh and elegant, supported by a deep and persistent minerality. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood first and second courses.Product specifications
