The Vigna Pedale Magnum Riserva from Torrevento is made from 100% Nero di Troia grapes. The vineyard where the grapes are grown is located on limestone-clayey soils of medium texture, at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out with a yield of 90 quintals per hectare. The aging process lasted 8 months in stainless steel tanks and an additional 12 months in large barrels, concluding with a brief rest in the bottle.

The Vigna Pedale Castel del Monte Riserva from Torrevento appears in an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, aromas of small red fruits blend with hints of balsamic herbs and notes of dark oriental spices. The taste is pleasant and balanced, supported by well-integrated tannins and a bold fresh-sapidity that lingers in the finish. It pairs well with succulent meat-based dishes at the table.
