The Bolgheri Superiore Argentiera di Tenuta Argentiera is born from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (40%), and Cabernet Franc (10%) sourced from the most suitable plots of the estate, located at an altitude between 180 and 200 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the grapes were transported to the cellar for separate vinification. Alcoholic fermentation, with maceration of the must on the skins, took place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures not exceeding 28-30°C for 25-30 days. The aging occurred for 14 months in French oak barriques, 50% of which were new. Once the blending was carried out, the wine rested for 12 months in bottles.

The Bolgheri Superiore Argentiera di Tenuta Argentiera from Tenuta Argentiera reveals itself with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it releases aromas of plum and ripe small red fruits combined with hints of violet and dark spices. Completing the olfactory picture are notes of undergrowth and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is rich and elegant, enhanced by a silky tannic texture and a long fruity and balsamic finish. Excellent paired with succulent earthy dishes, especially those based on red meats or game.
