The Bianco 0.0% Alcohol Free by Franc Lizêr is a de-alcoholized white wine made from 100% Tramier grapes. After harvesting, the clusters were destemmed and gently pressed to obtain the must. The alcoholic fermentation took place entirely in stainless steel. The de-alcoholization process then followed, during which only the alcoholic portion is transferred into the extraction solution. In this way, the drink retains its initial structure and organoleptic characteristics, as well as its high quality.
