Alice Verdeca Salento by Produttori di Manduria is produced from 100% Verdeca grapes from 15-20 year old vineyards, trained on trellises. The harvest took place in mid-September with a yield of 120 quintals per hectare. In the winery, the alcoholic fermentation of the must took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (18°C). The aging lasted several months in stainless steel tanks and in bottles.

On the nose, it displays floral notes of acacia and hawthorn combined with clear scents of cedar, grapefruit, and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it offers vibrant freshness and a pleasant briny sapidity that lingers on the finish. Excellent for accompanying tasty seafood dishes, both raw and cooked.
