The Trebbiano di Roccamarsi is obtained from 100% Trebbiano grapes. The winemaking process, carried out without malolactic fermentation, included a cold maceration phase that facilitated the extraction of the primary aromas of the fruits. Alcoholic fermentation, which softened the aromatic and structural edges of the wine, took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The aging was for several months in stainless steel.
The Trebbiano di RoccamarsiPecorino Terre di Chieti from Terre dei Marsi presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, there are dominant notes of yellow pulp fruit, aromatic herbs, and Mediterranean citrus fruits. The sip is fresh, balanced, and distinctly mineral. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with cheeses and vegetaria
