Centorame's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Liberamente is one of the three company wines produced with spontaneous fermentation and without added sulphites. Each Lamberto Vannucci label can be considered a cru, the grapes always come from a single vineyard and are vinified exclusively in purity. This Montepulciano is born from half a hectare of vineyard of about 40 years of age, at 200 metres above sea level with east-west exposure, on clayey soil of medium texture. The grapes are harvested with a slight over-ripening, undergo soft crushing and pressing and ferment spontaneously at a controlled temperature around 15° C; the wine then refines a short period in steel.
Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Liberamente enters the glass with a beautiful intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose has pleasant notes of apricot, yellow peach and pineapple, accompanied by a floral of broom and chamomile. On the palate, it has a nice sapidity and a persistent finish with almond tones. The perfect wine for many vegetable-based dishes, for example with egg maltagliati with artichokes.
