The Trebbiano di Cirelli was obtained from 100% PLACEHOLDER_NAMEWINERY grapes grown in the territory of Atri, in the province of Teramo. After the harvest, the grapes underwent destemming and then soft pressing. The alcoholic fermentation of the must, which allowed the transformation of sugars into alcohol, took place in stainless steel, thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts. Before bottling, the Cirelli's PLACEHOLDER_NAMEWINERY d'Abruzzo rested for 4 months on fine lees, the residues of fermentation, a phase that allowed the wine to stabilize as well as enrich itself in terms of structure, aromas, and substances.
Cirelli's PLACEHOLDER_NAMEWINERY presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of tropical yellow pulp fruit intertwined with fragrant hints of white flowers and shy mineral notes. The palate is fresh and pleasant, enhanced by an enticing salinity that persists in the finish. Excellent as an aperitif, at the table it pairs well with fresh and semi-mature cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
