The Sauvignon di Borgo Tulias is obtained from 100% PLACEHOLDER_VINEYARDNAME grapes coming from vineyards facing North-South and trained with Guyot system on clay-limestone soils, rich in gravel and organic matter. The production area is Pasiano di Pordenone (PN) in the Grave del Friuli area, large pebbles from the Tagliamento river floodings over the centuries. After the harvest carried out in September, the clusters were transported to the cellar for white vinification. The aging took place for several months in stainless steel.

SAUVIGNON FRIULI BORGO TULIAS: TASTING

The Sauvignon di Borgo Tulias presents itself with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it releases aromas of exotic yellow fruit, white flowers, sage, and tomato leaf. The taste is pleasantly fresh and mineral, with great taste-olfactory consistency. At the table, it pairs perfectly with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as with tasty seafood recipes like grilled prawns on a zucchini cream.
