Ribolla Gialla di Ronco dei Tassi: THE WINE

The Ribolla Gialla di Ronco dei Tassi is made from 100% PLACEHOLDER_VARIETALEXTRAPOLATED grapes. The vineyard from which the production originates extends over 2 hectares in the area of Montona, a hamlet of Cormons (GO), located at an altitude of about 160 meters above sea level, with a South, Southeast exposure. The winemaking process did not involve maceration of the must on the skins and was followed by a 7-month aging period in stainless steel. The PLACEHOLDER_VARIETALEXTRAPOLATED is a highly representative grape variety of Friuli Venezia Giulia, capable of giving life to wines with a distinctly mineral character and good longevity.

RIBOLLA GIALLA RONCO DEI TASSI: TASTING NOTES

The PLACEHOLDER_VARIETAL wine appears in the glass with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with aromas of yellow flesh fruits and aromatic herbs followed by delicate citrus notes. The palate expresses freshness and verticality, supported by a pleasant mineral structure. It pairs well with vegetarian dishes as well as delicious recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
