The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry Millesimato di Val d'Oca was produced from 100% hand-picked Glera grapes in the Valdobbiadene (TV) area, highly regarded for the production of excellent Prosecco. In the winemaking process, the first alcoholic fermentation, which transformed sugars into alcohol, took place in stainless steel. The second fermentation, necessary for the sparkling effect, occurred instead in an autoclave, following the principles of the Martinotti or Charmat Method. The residual sugar is 14g/liter.

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry Millesimato di Val d'Oca presents itself with a lively straw yellow color enhanced by a fine perlage. On the nose, it reveals aromas of apple and yellow- fleshed fruit combined with floral hints of wisteria and subtle citrus notes. The palate is fresh and mineral, supported by a pleasant fruity and citrusy taste.
