The Pratto di Ca' dei Frati is born from Turbiana, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon grapes grown on calcareous-clay soils. After the harvest, carried out with a yield of 80 quintals per hectare, the grape bunches were transported to the cellar for vinification, which took place in stainless steel tanks. Before being released on the market, the Pratto di Ca' dei FratiPratto of Cà dei Frati aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with yeasts, plus an additional 2 months in the bottle.
The Pratto di Ca' dei Frati presents itself with a straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers aromas of tropical yellow fruit intertwined with hints of honey, delicate herbal notes, and flintstone. The palate is fresh and structured, enhanced by a crisp minerality that lingers in the citrusy finish. It pairs well with semi-aged cheeses, vegetarian dishes, seafood recipes, or white meat-based dishes.
