The Pinot Nero Rosato Julì di La Madeleine has been created using 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested in the Montini area, a hamlet of Narni (PG). The vineyard is located on medium-textured soils, predominantly clayey and rich in skeleton, at an altitude of approximately 180 meters above sea level. The harvest took place in mid-September with a yield of 80 quintals per hectare. The vinification process was carried out entirely in stainless steel. The aging lasted for 2-3 months in the bottle.

The Pinot Nero Rosato Julì di La Madeleine presents itself with a delicate pink color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of small red fruits that combine with floral hints of violet and notes of aromatic herbs. The taste offers mineral freshness and a distinctly fruity flavor. Ideal for brightening up summer tables, it pairs well with delicious seafood recipes such as the incomparable shrimp cocktail in pink sauce.
