Caring for the soils and vines is a matter of primary importance for the winemakers of Kellerei Bozen - Cantina Bolzano, who use a sustainable and nature-friendly approach every day. Harvest takes place in September; the must ferments in steel tanks and then only a portion of the wine matures in oak barrels to preserve its fresh and frank taste.

PINOT NERO CANTINA BOLZANO: TASTING

The Pinot Nero di Cantina Bolzano presents itself in the glass with a bright and transparent ruby red color; on the nose, it is gentle, fruity with hints of raspberry and plum, floral with rose and violet, with pleasant balsamic notes of licorice and spices. The mouth is full of fruit and fresh, balanced and agile. Excellent slightly chilled with roast turkey, at the beginning of a meal with medium-aged cold cuts and pickled vegetables, or even with moderately spicy dishes from Indian cuisine.
