The Pino & Toi by Maculan is made from 60% Tai grapes, 25% Pinot Bianco, and 15% Pinot Grigio sourced from vineyards located on the Breganze hills characterized by volcanic and tuffaceous soils. The winemaking process included a 2-day cold maceration phase that allowed for the extraction of the primary fruit aromas. Aging took place for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

PINO & TOI MACULAN: TASTING NOTES

The Pino & Toi by Maculan presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of pear and yellow-fleshed fruit intertwined with hints of white spring flowers. The palate is fresh and pleasant, supported by good salinity that lingers in the finish. It pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as with tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, mollusks, and shellfish.
