Pileum's Passerina del Frusinate Valle Bianca was produced from 100% Passerina grapes grown in the territory of Piglio, in the province of Frosinone. After the harvest, the grapes were sent for vinification which took place entirely in stainless steel and included a soft pressing phase with selection of the free-run must by which we mean the first part of the pressing, more limpid and noble. Before being released, Pileum's Passerina del Frusinate IGT Valle Bianca was aged for 8 months in stainless steel.

PASSERINA DEL FRUSINATE VALLE BIANCA PILEUM

Pileum's Passerina del Frusinate Valle Bianca is presented in a glass with an intense straw yellow colour. On the nose, it expresses aromas of white and yellow pulp fruit that blend with fragrant hints of white acacia flowers and timid notes of Mediterranean herbs. The sip is fresh and mineral, enhanced by a pleasantly fruity taste that persists in the finish. At the table, it goes well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
