The Moscato Giallo di San Michele Appiano is a 100% Moscato Giallo di San Michele AppianoMoscato Giallo-based white wine sourced from individual vineyards located in the territory of San Michele Appiano (BZ), at an altitude between 400 and 450 meters above sea level. The vineyards here, facing Southeast and Southwest, are trained on Guyot systems on alluvial soil. The harvest was done by hand in mid-October. Alcoholic fermentation and aging for a few months took place in stainless steel tanks.

The Moscato Giallo di San Michele Appiano presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of peach, tropical yellow fruit combined with hints of sage, aromatic herbs, and subtle spicy notes of nutmeg. The sip is fresh and balanced, soft and pleasantly mineral. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as with delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
